The business is headed up by Diane Williams an automotive specialist with over 15 years’ experience encompassing finance and insurance, franchise development, corporate sales, dealer process improvement and training.

Diane has worked within the Motor Industry since graduating in 1996, initially with Ford Credit Europe and Ford Motor Company. She holds a professional certificate in coaching and mentoring which is accredited by both the ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) and the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).
Diane has worked in a variety of roles, including dealer franchise development and process improvement, corporate sales and all aspects of finance and insurance. Projects have included a secondment to Ford Credit France based in Paris, all aspects of dealer training and product launch training and designing comprehensive programmes for start up dealers.
Since leaving Ford in 2009 Diane has been working in automotive sales training, applying her own progressive and creative approach. She has worked with a variety of different networks incorporating both volume and prestige dealer groups, delivering comprehensive prospecting and sales training. She has also been responsible for finance and insurance training including FSA regulation implementation.
Diane fully understands the demands that automotive retailers have on their sales staff and with over 15 years experience working alongside and training dealership personnel, she has an excellent insight into the qualities, skills and personality traits required to work in a variety of different retail environments.
Diane fully recognises that certain types of sales/management professionals will excel in certain types of business structures and sales processes and believes that matching the individual to the business is just as important as a good track record.
